On The Flip Side

The fun and adventure of summer is all wrapped up in this painting. When I was 4 and my sister was 8, we spent a whole summer running around in cowboy boots and shorts. I know these are not cowboy boots, but the flippers, frog and burst of colors remind of that year.

I'm pretty sure it was the best summer ever!
